Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh In #5

Today is weigh in day. There are a couple of things I need to clear up though. Watch the video first, then under it, I will clarify what needs to be clarified, okay? Okay. Thanks 🙂

Okay, the first thing I need to note is Tishia Lee’s weight loss blog is nomoreplussize.com. And the second thing to clear up regards the measurements. I didn’t lose all those inches since beginning this newest journey on Weight Watchers. The last time I measured was way back last spring when I first began Weight Watchers online. Then I got off track, so the loss is a from a combo of what I lost last year and what I’ve lost so far. Make sense? So, here are my measurements today (just for a good reference in the future):

Hips: 46.5
Thighs: 25.5
Waist: 43.5
Bust 41.5
Arms: 14.3
Dress Size: 16

And one more thing: Last night, at Tishia Lee’s birthday dinner, I shared a Triple Chocolate Meltdown with my friend Angel of Plus Size Skills.

  1. LOL (giggling at your not being sure in the video what my website was). Great job on another loss. What in the heck are you doing to pull the inches lost? Holy Toledo you’re rocking & rolling on inches lost! Just as my weight loss has slowed down to basically a crawl the inches aren’t coming off nearly as fast as I’d like either!

    I’m so proud of you 🙂 Keep up the great work & thanks for being a part of my birthday – it was so much fun!

    Yeah, I saw, and debated about getting the tilapia, or the steak and portabellos, or the yummy WW sandwich that I can’t remember the name of right now…totally did and would have…until I saw that stinkin’ rotten Southwest jalapeno burger! Dang thang! LOL.

    Sorry, Tish, about not remembering the name of your blog. I will remember it from now on though for sure!!!! 🙂

    everyone body is different. Remember too if you ddiece to exercise you have to use your activity points calculator to determine how many extra points you get for the day. But everyone’s body loses weight at a different rate. Someone who jogs everyday while on weight watchers for two weeks could lose 5 lbs where are someone else could lose only 2. A bunch of different things factor into this including what you are eating everyday, how much activity you are doing, how fast your body reacts to exercise (some people need to exercise only days before seeing results while others need to exercise a month before seeing results) how fast your body gains muscle mass, how much water you are drinking, how much water your body retains after exercise and so on and do fourth so there is no way of knowing how much you will lose but cardio IS the best form of exercise for burning fat. Just make sure you are at least doing moderate exercising meaning you are pushing yourself but not too hard (just hard enough that you start to sweat after about 10-15 minutes) and doing at least a half hour of exercise each time.
