Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh in #3

This is my 3rd week on Weight Watchers and I’m happy to report a loss this week. I tell ya! Low thyroid is no fun when trying to lose weight! I do find that exercise seems to help a lot, so I’m really going to try to step it up this week. I hope you enjoy the video. :)

    Way to go!!!! That is an awesome weigh-in. Exercising 4 days really did help, I am sure. I’m worried about my weigh-in tomorrow as I have had no exercise this week due to a knee injury from falling while running on Monday. I’m going to try and run tomorrow though. So, check my blog out tomorrow and see how I did.

    You are doing great! And you are so brave to do this on video. Seriously I’m not sure I’m as brave as you and Tishia, but I’m working on it. :)

    Thanks ladies! I truly do appreciate your support and encouragement! It really does help to keep me motivated to do the weigh ins on video. I will be so happy when that scale says 199!!! I can’t wait for that day. Then when I reach my actual goal of 140 I will be even happier :) Thanks for following along.
