As I’m writing this, I’m at the hospital hanging out with my new grand daughter, Remmy Rozland. She was born yesterday, January 24, 2010 at 8:39pm. She weighs 6lbs, 4 oz and is 18 inches long. She has a full head of dark, fuzzy hair and the cutest little nose I’ve ever seen. She was delivered c-section because she was breech. We weren’t expecting her until Feb. 1, but she had other ideas. Her mom started having mild contractions during church yesterday, so she called the doctor and after taking a hot bath with no reprieve, we decided to head to the hospital just to check things out, especially since we knew she was breech. Ashley was hooked up to the fetal monitor and it showed she was definitely having contractions, though they weren’t really hurting her too much. When they checked her cervix they discovered she was dilated to 3 centimeters and 80% effaced, so the doctor decided to go ahead and take her c-section. Here are some pictures of our beautiful new addition to the family.
About Me and This BlogHi! I'm Mary Lutz and this is my blog. Here you will probably find me rambling about youth ministry, things God lays on my heart, and stuff about my personal journey as I grow into being who God created me to be. Through my ramblings, though, I hope you might find some inspiration and hope for whatever struggles you might be going through. Oh, I will also probably talk about my Avon business or my job as the church secretary too, because they are part of who I am and who God created me to be, too! Happy reading!
